Yaxley Hall wedding banquet menus are planned and produced in-house by Richard Orton.

Wherever possible we select locally produced, seasonal and organic ingredients of the highest quality and freshness. Consideration is always given to catering in a style to suit your wedding day.

Our extensive and much celebrated menu can be tailored and seasoned to suit your personal requirements. Richard will work with you, and guide your selections in planning an individual wedding menu to suit your tastes.

We offer an exceptional selection of hot and cold pre-dinner canapes to enjoy during a champagne reception following your marriage ceremony. Our superb range of seasonal menu options will ensure that both you and your guests enjoy a delicious wedding breakfast meal. If required, we can offer a buffet, cheese board or a selection of informal post dinner canapes such as our fun fish 'n' chips, bangers and mash, mini toad in the hole or mini hot dogs, to enjoy with your evening guests.

Richard and his catering team at Yaxley Hall are able to cater for guests with allergies or specific dietary needs. Please feel free to discuss your requirements.

Yaxley Hall champagne is made by the family firm Baron Fuenté, a lesser known Champagne house which has won many prestigious international awards for its champagnes. The champagne has a delicate gold colour with tiny, lively bubbles. The aroma is fresh, with a yeasty, brioche and subtle honey character. Dry flavours with pleasing notes of citrus and dried fruits. A satisfying, weighty yet lively champagne and an ideal celebration drink.

Produced by the Baron Rothschild estate, Yaxley Hall label merlot, a youthful, soft, fruity red wine with a plummy and slightly smoky character, and crisp white Yaxley Hall sauvignon blanc, with aromas of cut grass, ederflower and a hint of green pepper, are also available.

In addition to our superb own label wines and champagnes we are also able to offer a selection of wines and champagnes from our everyday, conossieurs and ultimate wine lists if required.
