Kindly note that Yaxley Hall is located East of Yaxley village. Hall Lane is a 'No Through Road' on the opposite side of the A140 to the villages of Yaxley and Mellis, please disregard Sat-Nav devices leading you in to Yaxley village.

From the South East
Leave the A12 at the junction of the A12 and A14 just before Ipswich. Follow the A14 towards Bury St Edmunds. Leave the A14 at the Junction with the A140 towards Diss and Norwich. Remain on the A140 for approximately 12 miles, passing the Highwayman, Magpie, White Horse and Bull Auberge which is opposite the B117 turning to Eye on the right.
Pass by the turning towards Yaxley and Mellis on the left, then take the next right (No Through Road) into Hall Lane. Follow the driveway through the farm gates and take the right hand fork towards Yaxley Hall.

From the West

Leave the A14 at the Junction with the A143. Remain on the A143 heading towards Scole. At the roundabout leave the A143 heading onto the B1077 through Stuston. At the Devils Handbasin junction turn right onto the A140 heading towards Ipswich and passing Brome Grange on the right. Pass by the turning for Eye on the left, which is opposite a turning towards Yaxley and Mellis on the right; then take the next left (No Through Road) off of the A140 into Hall Lane. Follow the driveway through the farm gates and take the right hand fork towards Yaxley Hall.

From the North
Remain on the A140 heading towards Ipswich, passing the Junction of the A143 towards Bury St Edmunds / Beccles. Continue along the A140 passing the Devils Handbasin garage, the B1077 junction to Eye and Stuston, and the Brome Grange. Pass by the following turning for Eye on the left, which is opposite a turning towards Yaxley and Mellis on the right; then take the next left (No Through Road) off of the A140 into Hall Lane. Follow the driveway through the farm gates and take the right hand fork towards Yaxley Hall.
