The hire fee for exclusive use of Yaxley Hall, the grounds and marquee if required, varies seasonally between £2,250 to £3,950 inc VAT Catering options range between £37.50 and £110.00 per person. RATES INCLUDE: * Exclusive hire of a private country house * Exclusive use of country house gardens * Exclusive use of marquee, if required, for dining or evening celebrations * Choice of indoor or outdoor ceremony locations * Ceremony chairs * Video link to additional room, if required * Skype video link during ceremony or speeches, if required * Car parking paddock * Suite for bridal preparations * Suite for groom preparations * Buffet style brunch * Wedding butler to assist throughout * Master of Ceremonies * Catering as requested: - canape reception includes celebratory drinks - four course wedding breakfast that also includes wine and Champagne for toasts - guests are able to select each course from your pre-chosen menu on the day * Waiting Staff * Banquet Tables & Chairs * Table Linen * Crockery, Glassware, & Cutlery * Provision of a cash bar, if required * Bespoke marquee sound system (in-house DJ optional extra), if required * Bar Staff, if required * Toilet hire, if necessary * VAT  |
The weekend hire fee for exclusive use of Yaxley Hall, the grounds and marquee if required, including Saturday wedding celebrations, wedding night accommodation for the bride and groom and Sunday brunch for up to 8 guests on the following morning. £5,950 inc VAT Wedding day catering at £110.00 per person.
