Yaxley Hall is a small country house set in the heart of Suffolk; the perfect setting for up to ten guests to indulge in a weekend of your design.

The Hall boasts three bedroom suites within the main house plus two more, The Lodge and The Coal Shed that sit directly alongside the main building.

Each bedroom has been tastefully decorated to suit its own unique character; your guests are able to choose from the frivolous luxury of the Strawberry Hill Gothick suite, the charm of the Music Room suite, or the magical feel of the Tudor Room. Equally, the Lodge and the Coal Shed have been imaginatively created from former outbuildings.


The Music Room is the jewel in Yaxley's crown; located on the first floor it is blessed with a magnificent barrel vaulted ceiling and has wonderful acoustics.

A baby grand piano takes centre stage should you wish to try your hand and the room is perfect for gathering pre dinner to enjoy a selection of canapes with a glass of Yaxley Hall champagne! We can also arrange musicians to entertain you if you wish.

On the Ground floor, the Study offers a quiet space in which guests can enjoy the latest magazines and newspapers or help themselves from the well stocked drinks cabinet, while in the Drawing room guests can curl up in deep Knole sofas and movies can be screened on the large Bang and Olufsen television. In the Dining room the gilt and mahogany Regency table comfortably seats ten people for dinner, the red and gold silk drapes that adorn the windows adding to the feel of luxury.
